About Our Founder
Janice Fountaine is a native of Washington, DC and is married to Darnell Fountaine. She attended Howard University to major in Political Science and Business Administration and she attended Trinity College for concentration in Financial Management and Social Work. In addition, she is an ordained Apostle, Bishop and Pastor.

Janice is a concerned citizen and a twenty year resident of Prince Georges County, MD. She is the organizer and facilitator of numerous personal empowerment seminars and conferences, as well as the President of the Dream Again Citizen's Coalition, Speakout Maryland and Speakout Across America; all citizen's awareness, empowerment and advocacy groups. She is also the President of the Prince Georges County Republican Women and in March 2014, Janice will be launching "Dream Again Radio with Janice Fountaine.

She and her husband Darnell, a Vietnam-era veteran, have been married for twenty-four years. She is the step-mother to a great daughter, Danielle, who is married and have four precious children.

Janice was reared in a strong, close-knit family. She learned to live by the traditional values that have made American families strong and vibrant and have given credence to our ability to dream and experience the reality of these dreams. She believes that one's dream for a healthy and abundant life for themselves and their family should always be reachable. She contends that life's adversities such as unemployment, broken family dynamics and inadequate educational choices, can all be overcome by being more aware of the impact of the political and social issues that govern our daily lives and by voting for legislators who sincerely represent citizen's realistic pursuit of making their dream a reality.

Janice strongly believes that the family foundation is the root of a society and self-worth and self-motivation are the greatest measurements for success and fulfilling one's dreams and aspirations. She attributes her zeal to serve the people of Prince Georges County and her country overall, to her desire to see people living prosperous and empowered lives. She cherishes and gleans from the privilege of interacting with people of diverse ethnic backgrounds, educational experiences and economic statuses. Each has shaped her vision and motivated her goals for "Dream Again," in Maryland and throughout America.

She says it's not about party, not about politics, but about helping people "DREAM AGAIN" and making these dreams of theirs become reality in the greatest country in the world, America.
